MHS Commercial Cleaning Terms of Use

1. Scope of Services

All commercial cleaning services provided by MHS Commercial Cleaning LLC are performed based on a scope-based quote provided after a free on-site walkthrough. The quote details the specific tasks, frequency, and areas to be serviced.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of submission. Pricing is based on the scope defined during the on-site walkthrough. Any changes to the scope of work may result in a revised quote. We do not publish standard pricing, as each facility has unique requirements.

3. Scheduling and Access

Client agrees to provide reasonable access to the facility during scheduled service times. MHS will make every effort to schedule services at times that minimize disruption to your business operations.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are issued weekly or monthly, as agreed in the service contract. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

5. Cancellation Policy

Ongoing service agreements may be canceled with 30 days written notice. One-time services may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

MHS Commercial Cleaning carries general liability insurance. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damages not reported within 24 hours of service.

7. No Residential Services

MHS Commercial Cleaning provides services exclusively to commercial clients. We do not provide residential cleaning services.
